A focused agency, by design.

The largest financial decision most people make is usually taken without senior representation. The firm exists to change that for a small group of clients each year.

We are buyer-side only. We don't list, we don't sell, and we don't take commissions or referral fees from vendors, agents, developers or brokers. The client pays us. No one else does.

Our advisors come from acquisitions, valuations and capital markets rather than sales floors. That shapes how we think about price, risk, hold periods and the quieter qualities that determine the long-term grade of a property.

We take a limited number of briefs each quarter. Most clients come by referral from existing clients, private bankers, accountants and family offices. We prefer it that way.

Douglas began in real estate in the Wide Bay region in the early 2000s, working across residential, commercial land and premium sub-divisions. He spent the following decade building HINDSITE Industries, a service-delivery platform used by clients in mining, manufacturing, utilities, government and aerospace. He founded HASTINGS BEAUMONT after seeing the same pattern repeat: buyers making the largest financial decision of their lives without senior representation on their side of the table. The firm exists to sit on that side, exclusively.
